Action

 

Start walking at medium speed.

 

Increase the speed and start moving your arms.

 

 

When inclining, push your body using your abs muscle and your heel.

 

When the speed decreasing, slowly bend your body to the front using right, then left leg, one after another.

 

 

Walk normally during inclining.

 

Bend your body to the front using right,

then left leg, one after another.

 

Walk normally during inclining.

 

Run normally.

 

Run slowly.

 

Run fast.

 

Cooling down by walking calmly.
