Exercise

In order to burn calories and fat in your body, you need to have exercise. Diet without exercise will only make you more sick than before, as you will see that you did not accomplish what you had expected after certain period of time, and that will encourage you to increase your diet intensity until it endanger your health.

When you have succeeded in changing your eating habits, and set up an exercise pace, you can add these foods into your diet to enhance your weight loss and body shaping,

Low Fat Milk

According to American Journals of Clinical Nutrition, drinking 2 glasses of low fat milk after exercise, and 2 glasses more an hour later can help you to get rid more fat. Besides that, high calcium in low fat milk can keep you away from osteoporosis.

Salmon

Another study from Japan revealed that astaxanthin and karotenoid contained in salmon can help fat burning faster dan provide better stamina after your exercise.



Iced water

Water has zero calorie, and it can help flushing your fat through urine and sweats. Sometimes we mistakenly take thirst as hunger, that’s why drinking 8-10 water regularly everyday can help you to avoid the need of snacking.

To enhance the calories burning, you can drink iced water during exercise. This will help boosting your metabolism and fat burning besides avoiding dehydration.

Fruits & veggies

Fruits and vegetables are high in fiber and low in calories. Fiber will improve your digestion system function. They also contain vitamins and minerals.

Nuts, beans & seeds

Those foods are a good source of protein. Protein will improve your metabolism, build and maintain muscle mass that helps in fat burning process.

What you must remember is that there is no such miraculous foods that can burn fat and calories, thus boost the weight loss. Weight loss is not an instant process, it must be built day by day with discipline and persistency. You can’t just eat those foods in the list and hope you will lose few pounds in the next days. The foods just help the process. You need to get rid your unhealthy eating habits, and adjust those foods to enrich your new diet.
