It is not easy for woman who already has ideal weight to keep their exercise motivation. DON’T stop your exercise when you gain your ideal weight. Exercise is not important only for weight loss, but it also helps you to keep your body weight and to shape your muscles. The more muscles you have, the more calories your body needs to sustain the muscle (basically you will burn more calories daily).

 

Most women dedicate their exercise mainly to lose weight. And when they reach the ideal weight, most women tend to minimize or even stop their exercise. They begin to stop their diets, and after few months, the overweight problems are coming back !
