5 Secrets To Enhance Fat Loss

 

 

No matter how strong your effort to have a fat loss, still you cannot fight against your own body! You see, God has created a perfect system that manage all your body parts, including fat storing and fat burning to be processed into energy, which we call metabolism. This metabolism process runs mechanically and automatically beyond our control.

Our smart body does not, however, own a specific reference of how much fat it needs to restore. It will take a general rate of number in the last 1-2 years as its base. This rate is called fat point. Our body will defense itself from losing fat from the default fat point or, if possible, increase the number! Glycerol takes the job to keep monitoring fat point and reminding our brain to take any defensive action when there a possibility to lose certain amount of fat.

You can see now why many people failed their fat loss!

However, by knowing the process itself, you can take these 5 secrets that will help you to enhance fat loss,
 

#1-Don't force your body to the fat defensive situation!

Remember that the numbers of fat stored in your body is related to genetic and reflections of the food you eat. So, forcing your body to instant fat loss will not succeed for a long time.

#2-Don't stop carbohydrate!

When you take a fruits and veggies diet, you'll indeed lose quite an impressive numbers at your scale. But, trust me, it won't stay long. When you extremely change your diet into fruits and veggies only, and delete carbohydrate from your menu, you will lose glycogen. And glycogen comes from carbs!

One gram of glycogen ties 3 grs of water to be stored in the body. Salt also ties water. So when you lose glycogen and salt, you'll lose a lot of water, which will help decreasing your weight, but not fat loss!

#3-Don’t make your insulin level unstable!

Skipping meals, eat one time only, or eating non-fat foods could make your insulin level unstable. And when you eat sweet food after diet, your insulin would increase to a very high level.

Try to add your meal frequency, but choose foods with low glycemic index. This way can stabilize your insulin level. You can also consume chromium picolinat, vitamin E, or magnesium as supplements to help your body to stabilize insulin level, and support your fat loss.

#4-Don’t consume fatty acid

What we really need is essential oils which mostly come from nuts and seeds. Food with fatty acid will make your weight loss program failed, and further more those foods are dangerous for your entire health.


#5-Don’t forget vitamins and minerals

To burn fat, to block fat before it invade your body, to transfer fat to burning process, and to control your appetite, you need sufficient supplies of vitamin and minerals. Eat more fruits and vegetables or food supplements to help your fat loss.

Besides learning those secrets, don’t forget to support your fat loss with the right exercise!
